Responsibilities - BDC Representative:

• Respond to online and incoming sales opportunities.
• Generate showroom traffic via lead management.
• Assist customers with in-vehicle information and research.
• Be consistent daily in all follow-ups via phone, text, and email.

Requirements:

Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Excellent customer service skills.

*Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships (i.e., a "people person")

*A great work ethic and punctuality.

*Must have experience working with technology. Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency.

*Must possess verbal/written communication skills.

*MUST LOVE working on the phones and helping customers.
