Job Summary: We are seeking an Entry Level Project Manager to join our construction team. As an Entry Level Project Manager, you will assist in overseeing and coordinating various construction projects. Duties: - Assist in managing and coordinating construction projects from start to finish - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met - Review project plans, blueprints, and schematics - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget - Assist in obtaining necessary permits and licenses - Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services - Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns - Assist in preparing project reports, including cost estimates and progress updates - Provide support in resolving any project-related conflicts or disputes Skills: - Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques - Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and project plans - Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in construction projects - Experience or knowledge in tile laying, stucco, trim carpentry, plumbing, or fabrication is a plus - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Strong communication and interpersonal skills This is a paid position with opportunities for career advancement within our company.
