Job Title: Sales Manager - Security Guard Services
Location:Corona, California
Job Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Compensation: $21-23 per hour (Depending on experience) + Commissions
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our internal and outside sales teams for our security guard services in Southern California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, and the ability to drive innovation in sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and manage both internal and outside sales teams.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on achieving sales goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, strategies, and provide support.
- Sales Growth:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive the growth of the company and acquire new clients.
- Set ambitious but achievable sales targets and monitor the progress of the sales teams in meeting these goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the company's reach.
- Performance Management:
- Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the sales teams.
- Provide ongoing performance feedback, coaching, and training to ensure continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Innovation and Strategy:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Innovate and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Travel to meet prospects and customers.
- Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers.
- Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts.
- Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally.
- Monitor the companys industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the security services industry.(3 years min)
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to drive sales growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Southern California markets and security industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
