Job Description:

As a Sales Representative at Oasis Landscape Group, you will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating relationships, and closing sales for our pool, hardscape, carpentry & landscape installation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for outdoor living. While construction knowledge is not required, it is strongly encouraged, as is holding a valid Maryland salesperson license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through various channels, including phone calls, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints.
• Present and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of Oasis Landscape Groups designs and services.
• Develop customized outdoor living & pool designs and proposals tailored to each clients specifications and preferences.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships, address concerns, and overcome objections.
• Close sales and negotiate contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, project managers, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless execution of projects from inception to completion.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including lead generation, client interactions, and sales pipeline status within our online system.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the outdoor living, construction, or home improvement industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to exceed sales targets.
• Maryland salesperson license required.
• Construction knowledge is not required but strongly encouraged.

Position: Commission-Based Sales Rep

Compensation: Competitive commission-based compensation

Work Schedule: Full-time (Monday to Friday) - Weekends & Evenings as required

Location: Based in Annapolis, Maryland - Appointments in Anne Arundel, Prince George, Calvert, Howard, Queen Annes, Baltimore, & Montgomery Counties (& more)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
