Well established company that manufactures asphalt crack seal and provides crack sealing services for roads and parking lots, is seeking a professional Estimator/ Outside Sales Rep. with minimum five years experience. The Estimator/Sales position is responsible for driving sales, conducting accurate job estimates, maintaining positive relationships and communications with customers. Developing new customer relationships and sales is a significant part of this job. We need a sales rep that has DRIVE, is motivated and knows how to build relationships. 80% of our sales are from repeat customers that we have had for years. We need you to work with some of our existing customers and develop new customers. We have a list of many potential customers and we have online subscriptions that list jobs that need asphalt crack seal. Reimbursement for customers lunches, customer gifts, etc.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• This position mainly consists of driving throughout SoCal.
• Phone calls using company internal CRM database. We use Call Proof CRM.
• Visits job sites to measure and meet with customers.
• Prepares thorough, accurate and timely estimates for asphalt crack seal work.
• Technically proficient with online tools for driving sales.
• Meet with potential customers to promote bid opportunities and or sale crack seal material.
• Monitor bid invitations and bid websites for appropriate projects to pursue.
• Development of customer base.
• We sell products and services. Our quality and materials have a reputation of being the best in the business.

Qualifications:

• Five years sales experience.
• Highly motivated and organized with exceptional time management skills.
• Experience with CRM preferred.
• Preparing sales reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Great with people.
• Positive attitude.
• Valid drivers license and dependable transportation required.

Base plus commission'

Work Location:

• Main Office is in Pomona Calif, However, most days will be spent visiting and calling customers and estimating jobs. Customers and jobs sites are located throughout southern California LA to San Diego to Palm Springs. Mostly LA, OC and Riverside. Estimating jobs takes approximately 30 to 60 min. Requires basic math skills. Starting out you may be in the office 20-50% of the time making phone calls and learning our systems.
