CTM Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a DSD District Sales Manager.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage a team of DSD route sales representatives in assigned district and grow DSD sales.
• Work to increasing efficiencies while adhering to company policies. Helps oversee and manage all warehouse inventory level.
• Cover increasing efficiency and adhering to company policies.
• Covers and designs profitable routes utilizing company reports and map software.
• Implements new sets, remodels, new stores and lost stores according to company policies.
• Recruiting, training, coaching, and developing DSD Route Sales Representatives
• Run open/vacation DSD Routes
• Help RSR'S Maintain proper inventory levels in retail stores, route vehicles and DSD warehouse locations, when you are present in that market
• Build and create strong trade relationships
• Able to handle store managers, store receivers and customer complaints/needs in a professional manner

Ability to help throughout all Regions if necessary

• Must be DOT certified, successfully pass DOT medical exam, pre-employment drug screen and background screening
• Must be able to survey markets (retail stress) to assure RSR's are properly merchandising our products to company standards (set to POGs with proper POS materials)
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel are required
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, time-management and organization skills
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs DSD experience a must

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
