Full-Time Residential Real Estate Sales Associate

Miromar Realty is seeking a Full-Time Residential Real Estate Sales Associate for its onsite sales team. Sales associate is responsible for following up with prospects, via phone, email and other forms of communication to generate leads, work closely with buyers throughout the purchase process, and participate in Open houses. The ideal candidate has an engaging personality, is self-motivated, has excellent interpersonal communication skills, is driven and works with a high level of ethics and integrity. Miromar Realty provides all necessary communication tools and full marketing support of new single-family residences at Miromar Lakes.

Requirements

• Valid Florida real estate sales or brokers license
• 3 years residential sales experience, preferably in a new construction environment.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
