We are a furniture startup, growing very quickly, and are venture backed by some of the most notable investors in Silicon Valley. We are looking for a Retail Sales and Customer Service professional that is a self starter, highly organized with great communication skills, high attention to detail and has the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The right candidate can have a tremendous growth opportunity.

The Retail Sales and Customer Service professional will be spearheading the charge as we expand our retail presence across multiple brands. They will be involved with daily operations of our unique retail sets and arrange and perform video sales calls with customers. This position as they are the main point of contact for potential customers and the continued point of contact through the sales cycle. Responsibilities

* Provide a quality customer facing sales experience with our unique video showrooms

* Inspect and maintain sets to ensure they are up to date, clean and organized.

* Collaborate cross-functionally to determine areas of opportunity and strategies for improvement

* Provide ongoing Customer Service to clients ensuring they have a single point of contact for all their needs.

* Work closely with stakeholders to identify key questions, problems and develop processes to create sales workflow efficiencies

* Research and be an expert in the industrys sales and designs trends and report to key stakeholders on how this may impact business

* Communicate clearly and set proper expectations both internally and externally

Experience

* Retail sales experience

* Customer Service and/or call center experience

* Strong computer skills and a keen ability to adapt to changing technology.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

* Organized, self starter with high attention to detail

* Strong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams

* Familiarity with CRM systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
