You are responsible for ensuring that projects are successfully completed on time and on budget. This includes project governance, budget and timeline development, build quality, testing and operational readiness, and the completed projects readiness to go live.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriate methodology and tools
• Support I2M and IIM process within the site; provide site AR write ups & prepare critical site inputs to brand Business Development
• Leads Project execution and Project evaluation phases within I2M and IIM framework for all site initiatives
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks and escalate them to global leads and/ or the program manager when needed
• Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports and monthly review meetings and leading stakeholder meetings
• Lead budget management, resource planning and utilization
• Confirm the completion and consistency of projects and their readiness to go live
• Supports Site Strategic Plan: Supports the site director in developing the site strategy and plant road map. Be the key partner for Product Supply team on sourcing/capacity expansion ensure full integration of Innovation/Renovation plans in 421 into site supply plans. Partner effectively with Engineering to build the site CAPEX budget

• Strong operational & manufacturing experience in CPG industry with experience in TPM-Total productive maintenance, 5s, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts, Safety & GMP standard
• Good understanding of end-to-end processes in the manufacturing and business environment; working knowledge of commercialization process (I2M); project leadership / management skills and technical and financial aspects of the business
• Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization
• Strong focus on cost, schedule, and quality of project delivery
• Strong conceptual and analytic skills enjoys problem solving

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree required / Engineering degree preferable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project management
• Proficient in snacks technology
• Knowledge in both technical and financial affairs

Pay: $103,200.00 - $129,000.00 per year
