PowerPro Equipment is an Outdoor Power Equipment business with 9 locations, representing equipment lines such as Exmark, Hustler Turf, Spartan Mowers, Toro, Mahindra, Branson, Ventrac, Stihl and more!

We are looking for a result-driven Dealership Sales Manager who can deliver excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the stores sales goals and bringing positive management practices to the Ringoes, NJ location to build the outdoor power side of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership while modeling and communicating the company vision for customer service : The PowerPro Advantage
• Team Development: Provide feedback, coaching and performance improvement requirements
• Promote a clean and safe work environment for both customers and employees
• Growth and Retention of customers for Equipment Sales
• Manage financial performance and oversee all department inventory, sales and profitability
• Manage store personnel schedules; which may require being available outside of normal hours

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated leadership and management experience.
• Demonstrated retail sales experience: dealership experience preferred.
• Positive attitude, exuding courtesy and helpfulness.
• Demonstrated Financial Acumen required.
• Organized and detail oriented; ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds and work in all weather conditions.

Experience & Education:

• College Degree in Business or Marketing preferred; HS diploma required.
• 5 years power equipment experience preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate a strong sales performance.

Job Type: Full-time, M-F

Salary: commensurate with experience + bonus

• Sales: 5 years (Required)
• Outdoor Power Equipment sales or operation: 1 year (Required)
