WHO WE ARE: Statewide Commercial Insurance Brokers is an independent insurance brokerage based in Altadena. We have been serving small to medium businesses in California and several other states for more than 27 years. Statewide offers several insurance products such as Commercial General Liability, Commercial Auto, Workers' Comp, Bonds, Trucking etc.

OPEN POSITION: Statewide Commercial Insurance Brokers is looking for a result driven and highly motivated Customer Support Representative, with a Property and Casualty (P&C) license to join our team at our Altadena office.

PAY: $23/hr plus bonuses

LICENSE:

• Property and Casualty (P&C) License

DUTIES:

• Reach out to existing clients by phone and email to assist them with policy payments, set up clients on auto pay, and provide other services as needed.
• Issue certificate of insurance for commercial lines.
• Answering insurance policy related questions.
• Assist with inbound sales calls.

SKILLS NEEDED:

• Excellent communication skills both over the phone and in writing.
• Good to excellent typing speeds and computer skills.
• Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Preferably familiar with using AMS360 management system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour
