Position Overview
Responsible for supporting the Sales and Field Service Technician (FST) teams by providing phone based handheld support, monitoring and/or balancing all sales related interfaces on a daily basis, maintaining sales related master data, and managing all FST and Sales handheld assets.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities
  • Performs daily tasks to ensure all sales transactional and master data is interfaced to SAP correctly in an effort to make sure financials are properly stated. Resolves any recorded interface issues/errors in a timely manner.
  • Monitors the master data interface extraction processes to ensure they operate as intended from SAP as the point of origination to the external sales systems all the way down to the POS devices.
  • Maintains master data within SAP specific to customers and sales representatives to include pricing contracts and route changes.
  • Executes the necessary processes to validate transactions entered into SAP are completed through the Sales Order, Delivery and Billing steps. Monitors transactions during the month verifying end users are completing all necessary steps in a timely manner to properly state inventory balances and sales results.
  • Executes the necessary processes to monitor and update fraudulent sales orders with the appropriate statuses to ensure these orders are not delivered.
  • Manages the iPad, handheld and printer assets by accurately updating records to keep track of the movement in the field as well as units in a repair status. Provide Technology Director with reconciliation of the assets.
  • Provides front line handheld support for both the FST and the Sales teams by managing the support line during the daytime hours. Responsible for managing the queue for HHC support in the Technology supported tracking mechanisms.
  • Provides support for both the B2C and B2B websites. Responsible for monitoring interfaces, managing master data, customer onboarding, and general support.
  • Assists in the creation training material and conducts training to Sales, FST, and Warehouse personnel on systems and processes related to the applications that the team supports.
  • Manages individual workload and delivers against agreed upon timelines.
  • Identifies, evaluates and communicates areas for improvement in current and new processes for the sales and distribution aspects of the business.
Position Requirements
  • Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or Technology related or equivalent experience. Bachelors degree preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in general accounting including inventory, asset management and/or sales reporting preferred
  • Experience with Community Coffee, even if unrelated, may fulfill this requirement at the discretion of the hiring manager with approval from Human Resources.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Word and Outlook. Ability to use Excel spreadsheets.
  • Knowledge of SAP a plus.
