We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Arborist Sales Representative to join our team. As an Arborist Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and fostering strong client relationships within the arboriculture industry.

• Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients, including property owners, property managers, municipalities, and commercial entities.
• Assess client needs and provide tailored solutions to address tree care, maintenance, and preservation requirements.
• Collaborate with arborists and field technicians to develop comprehensive proposals and estimates.
• Utilize effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets and business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project details.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and advancements in arboriculture technology.
• Represent Outdoor Staffing with professionalism and integrity at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Arboriculture, Forestry, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the arboriculture or landscaping industry.
• Strong knowledge of tree care techniques, pruning practices, and plant health care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
