About The Job

• Drive sales through superior customer service, creative selling, and extensive product knowledge
• Continuously learn and train on new furniture and technology improvements
• Ensure customers are informed of order changes
• Maintain salesfloor visual standards throughout the day
• Maximize customer engagement by prospecting and following up with potential customers
• Actively promote sales and finance offers to customers

About You

• Communicating isnt just a skill, its one of youre strongest qualities.
• Your drive takes you from 0-60, and helps you exceed performance goals and metrics.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, and desire to be part of a cutting-edge team.
• You have experience in a sales environment.
