About the Job:
- Develop and execute Quotes, Sales Orders, and Purchase Orders
- Managing Salesforce (CRM) opportunities
- Communicating with customers and vendors on order status, updates, and deliveries
- Proactively supporting and providing answers to questions from customers, the sales team, and others
- Entering transactions into Sage 100, Salesforce, and maintaining up-to-date paperwork and files
- Answer incoming phone lines
- Inventory coordination -Other tasks and projects as assigned -- -Pay range varies depending on experience

About You:
- Strong problem solving, math, and account reconciliation
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Strong analytical, organization, and time management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Quick learner with a strict attention to detail
- Collaborate and work in a team environment with shared responsibilities
- Wear several hats simultaneously, adapting to a sometimes-challenging workflow
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced sales organization would be helpful

Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Salesforce CRM Sage 100 / MAS Google, Gmail Bachelor's degree or 3+ years relevant experience in Sales Support/Customer Service/Accounting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
