Responsibilities:
- A strong presence in the local community
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Manage and coach a sales/support team to drive agency growth.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
Requirements:
- Minimum two (2) years of sales or marketing experience required.
- Minimum two (2) years professional office experience required.
- Must possess a Property & Casualty Insurance license (or willing to obtain).
- Must possess a Life & Health Insurance license (or willing to obtain).
- Clean background
- Good personal financial background
- Desire to build and grow your own business

Pay: $94,215.00 - $105,109.00 per year
