Position: Route Sales Representative/Territory Account Representative

Role Overview: As a Territory Account Representative, you'll play a crucial role in our B2B operations. This highly visible position involves servicing an established route of medium and large-sized companies with a need for our First Aid Medical Supplies. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, working independently in the field with a focus on long-term customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a weekly route plan for efficiency and goal attainment
• Check in with the point of contact at each location, building rapport
• Support customers with first aid questions
• Collaborate with the HART Health Business Development Team in the field each month
• Review HART Health resources weekly for planning and execution
• Achieve a minimum number of service stops each day
• Work independently to achieve desired results
• Manage and maintain personal and customer inventory levels
• Organize first aid supplies at each account
• Maintain a first-class appearance of all first aid kits
• Field customer calls
• Achieve or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Maintain the work vehicle in optimal condition

Qualifications:

• 5 years of sales or service experience
• Driver's license and a clean driving record
• Route experience is a plus
• Proven success in achieving sales goals
• Ability to work independently

On-Target Earnings (OTE) including Monthly Incentives: $56,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
