Responsibilities:
- Clear understanding of all sales and service aspects of the Beer/Wine Department
- Exhibit passion for providing excellent customer service
- Receive and stock products using department guidelines for merchandising, rotation, and pricing
- Educate our customers about beers and wines and assist them with selections
- Follow department procedures for handling new products and price changes
- Assist with inventories, special events and other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Previous retail and sales experience
- Solid knowledge of beers and of wines, as well as current trends
- Excellent communication skills and ability to learn quickly
- Desire to deliver world class customer service to all guests
- Willing to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the department

Environment: Work is performed primarily in a grocery store setting with extensive public contact and frequent interruptions.
