Inside Sales Representative

This position is responsible for overall sales and service in an assigned territory, including entering quotes and orders, and doing the appropriate follow-up. This position will provide sales-related information and samples to customers. They will target customers and prospects for growth, along with educating customers and distributors alike on various types of products we offer as well as their use and applications. They will provide input regarding sales strategies during sales meetings and maintain statistical information for the preparation of reports and presentations required by the company and its customers.

Qualified Candidates should possess the following:

• Bachelors degree with at least 5-10 years of Inside Sales experience.
• Must have Microsoft office experience.
• Must have ERP systems experience.
• Must be familiar with the use of CRM software.
• Must be able to handle large amounts of customer correspondence on a daily basis.
• Strong math skills and analytical skills
• Excellent business communication, e-mail and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work well with others in a team environment.
