Full description of the position

We offer 3 options:

Option 1: Inside Sales Agent (ISA). Base pay + bonus. Consistent and structured work schedule. Off most major holidays. Wear a couple of hats (instead of all the hats). Talk to incoming leads, prospect, follow up, convert, and hand off leads to our traditional Realtors. We cover all expenses. No MLS fees. No board of Realtor dues. You make money, not spend.

Option 2: Start as an ISA (Option 1) then transition into traditional Realtor (Option 3) when you're ready. We offer three different plans: Under 1 Year Plan. 1-2 Year Plan. 2 Year+ Plan.

Option 3: Start as a traditional Realtor. Complete 4 week training program. Get access to 40k database leads. Receive hot incoming leads. Full support staff including transaction coordinator. Commission only. We cover ALL expenses except MLS, Board of Realtors, TREC license renewal/ continuing ed., and gas for your car.

Requirements

• Must have a current real estate license
• Excellent computer and phone skills
• Willingness to undergo a rigorous 4 week training program, daily huddles, script training, direct mentorship
• Comfortable learning new technology
• Eager to receive direct criticism to improve job performance
• 50 wpm typing speed

Beneficial Experience

• Experience is beneficial, but not required. We train from the ground up. Your values and work ethic matter most
• A proven track record of achieving sales goals
• Phone experience is a big plus
• Real estate experience is a plus
