Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Representative:

Property & Casualty license is required

Insurance Sales or Insurance Customer experience is required

Life & Health license is a plus, will eventually have to obtain

Microsoft OS experience, must be tech savvy

Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior

Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening

Must have strong interpersonal communication skills

Must be motivated and determined

The ability to conduct needs based selling, including: Prospecting, building and managing a pipeline, conducting needs analysis, developing solutions and writing proposals, presenting proposals and closing deals

The ability to increase sales in a competitive marketplace

Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative:

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales

Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed develop insurance quotes, make sales presentation and close sales.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus opportunities

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday

• Insurance sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
