TITLE: Leasing Agent

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven candidate who is willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced and creative environment.

CLASSIFICATION: Full-time, Non-Exempt

Mission: A Leasing Agent is responsible for overseeing all of the details that go into renting an apartment through The Apartment Store. As a primary contact between The Apartment Store and our residents, it is of the utmost importance that our Leasing Agents are always going above and beyond what is expected to deliver a smile. It is essential to our continued success to find talented individuals who not only provide high levels of customer satisfaction, but also believe in the mission and growth of The Apartment Store and Keystone Real Estate Group.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain Keystone culture, core values, and sense of mission on your team.
• Learn specifications for all properties and apartments in the team portfolio. Become the expert in your office!
• Greet and qualify all prospects inquiring about apartments and answer all emails in a timely manner.
• Give tours of our apartment homes and the community.
• Follow-up with residents after showing the apartment, through the move-in process and throughout the lease cycle.
• Track prospects and applicants through the application and lease process.
• Always be closing! Convert leads to showings, and showings to rentals!
• Assist with facilitating the move out and move in process.
• Maintaining a high level of service while resolving resident guest concerns.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills with an ability to get along with diverse personalities
• Assist all team members in every aspect.

Knowledge/Critical Skills:

• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook required.
• Must be able to obtain and hold Pennsylvania Real Estate Salespersons License
• Excellent communication, time management and customer service skills.
• Comply with all Fair Housing rules and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple complex priorities with seasonal and weekend demands
• Valid drivers license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
