Commercial, Government and Retail Supplier of Flagpole and Flag Products in business since 1995. Strong repeat customer base with large web driven presence.

Our growing Commercial and Retail business is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the companys customer service policies, large web-based clientele and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.

Respond to inquiries generated from our website. Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product inquiries, service-related questions and general client concerns. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and working to establish a positive rapport with every client. Update customer and product information in the customer service database during and after each call. Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies. Impact the companys bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Office

Ability to learn order fulfillment system with Big Commerce

Ability to handle Cash, Credit Card transactions.

Helpful to have a working knowledge of Quick books Online

Must be a team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
