You will become an expert on all of the models that we sell, will deliver high quality customer service, and become a consultant to each customer on finding the vehicle that aligns perfectly with their needs. Sales Representative Duties (list is not inclusive):

• Develop an in-depth understanding of our current vehicle inventory and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make a purchase of new and used vehicles.
• Work with our marketing team to grow our customer base.
• Assist in setting up the sales lot or the showroom floor for promotions and to put new models on display.
• Work with the Finance Manager to develop sales agreements that benefit the company as well as the customer.
• Collaborate with our Sales Manager to offer attractive deals on used vehicles to interested customer.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED required
• Must have valid IL driver's license
• Must be willing to submit for background check and drug screen
• Previous car sales experience a plus
• Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
• Strong computer skills required
• 1+ years experience in retail sales required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
