Company Overview:
We are a well-established and reputable swimming pool and hot tub/spa showroom in Lincoln, Nebraska, dedicated to providing top-quality products and exceptional customer experiences. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our showroom and sales team.
Position Overview:
As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our showroom and leading a talented 4-person sales team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership, showroom management, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring a visually appealing and organized environment.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting and monitoring sales targets.
- Collaborate with suppliers to manage inventory levels and showcase the latest products and trends.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
- Foster a culture of excellence in customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional events and campaigns.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills of the sales team.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
- Manage the showroom budget effectively, optimizing resources for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar leadership role in a retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of swimming pool and spa products is highly desirable, but not required. Candidates that have pool/spa/hot tub experience qualify for fast track compensation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Experience in budget management and strategic planning.
- Familiarity with technology tools to streamline sales processes.
