Responsibilities:
- Approach, greet, and assist guests who enter the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Build a strong rapport with guests.
- Assist guests in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to guests.
- Guide customers through the financing process and payment options. Explain pricing and financing options with customers.
- Describe all optional equipment available for guest purchase.
- Perform high-quality, professional, knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Develop and pursue leads through phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
Requirements
- Committed to ongoing professional development.
- Familiarity with CRM (Client Relationship Management)
- High school diploma or GED certificate.
- Prior automotive sales or consulting experience preferred.
- Professional, personable demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills.
