Crown Laboratories, Inc. is hiring an Aesthetics Division VP of Sales. This position will be responsible for managing a team of 7 Regional Sales Directors. Providing the sales team with tools, training and other resources to help them build profitable customer relationships.
This position is preferably based in Dallas, TX but we are open to other locations.

Overview:

The VP of Sales position is responsible for establishing the sales targets to meet company objectives. Responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develops annual sales plan in support of organizational strategies and objectives.
  • Manages team of seven direct reports.
  • Directs implementation and execution of sales policies and practices.
  • Ensures communications are coordinated, supports sales plan objectives and meets organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with VP of Marketing.
  • Recommends sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses.
  • Implements approved distribution strategies.
  • Manages multiple channel selling strategies.
  • Builds, develops, and manages sales team capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiatives.
  • Willing to travel up to 30 percent.

Job Related Qualifications / Skills:
  • Requires any combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelors Degree, preferred Masters Degree.
  • At least 7 years of experience in sales experience. Should have well-developed and demonstratable leadership skills. Additional preferred experience includes:
  • Experience in Aesthetic, medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare and/or sales, preferably in a fast-growing dynamic environment;
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and HubSpot preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office- Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated strategic and analytical skills
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Excellent communication (oral and written and presentation skills)
