HOIST Fitness Systems, a leading manufacturer of fitness strength equipment, is seeking to hire a full-time Inside Sales Representative. This position will support the Company's Outside Sales Representatives as well as dealers and customers for all fitness equipment sales and shipping issues. This is an administrative position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Process sales orders.
• Maintain relationships and favorable contacts with dealers.
• Follow up on all placed orders.
• Respond immediately to customer requests and orders.
• Coordinate equipment shipments with the Logistics department.
• Maintain communication with other departments.
• Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on all changes and developments of fitness equipment.
• Keep management informed of dealer/customer issues.
• Maintain dealer/customer database.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High energy and enthusiastic.
• Ability to handle multiple projects.
• Computer literate in Excel and Word.
• Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Ability to be productive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Excellent phone skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a group.
• Customer Service background is a plus.
