Responsibilities:

• Prospect for new leads to promote new business
• Follow-up with leads to increase sales
• Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
• Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
• Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
• Provide detailedbuyer and/or seller consultations
• Team focus
• Diligently follow up with the leads that are provided by the team
• Work with qualified buyers or sellers
• Consult with prospective buyers and sellers in order to help them achieve their real estate goals
• Negotiate contracts, inspections, and other critical details
• Effectively work in a team environment that's built on our mission statement and core values
• Cultivate and build client relationships for life
• Shadowing and mentoring provided
• On-the-job training provided
• Market knowledge preferred

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• Past sales experience is preferred
• Organized and manages time effectively
• Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
• Great communication and social skills
• A real estatesaleslicense is required
• Embrace and adhere to the mission statement and core values of our company
• Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking ability, and creativity required
• Outstanding customer service skills are a must
• Must possess excellent sales and marketing skills in order to sell effectively

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
