We are looking for a retail Sales Team Member to be responsible for sales and office duties.

Sales Specialist duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should be able to answer phones, interact with customers, and be efficient in using computers. To be successful as a Sales associate, you will need to be up-to-date with product features and maintain our stores visual appearance in high standards. The sales associate is very important as they are the first person our customer will see or interact with. Being informative and helpful and having a positive attitude with customers is vital to this position.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Welcome customers to the store and answer their questions
• Answer customer phone calls on multiple lines
• Go the extra mile to help increase sales
• Input invoices and process purchases
• Receive and stock parts
• Maintain showroom cleanliness
• Assist customers with financing options
• Schedule service calls and deliveries
• Place part orders daily
• Team up with co-workers to ensure excellent customer service
• Build productive trust relationships with customers
• Assist with inventory control
• Responsible for daily office paperwork

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role
• Proficient in computer and phone skills
• Proficiency in English. Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Basic Math skills
• Hands-on experience with sales transactions
• Familiarity with inventory procedures
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Availability to work in a team environment

Pay

• Salary plus Commission
