Our firm is looking for a leasing agent with a drive to achieve success. The ideal candidate will be someone who is highly motivated, has solid communication skills, and possesses an in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market. The successful candidate will work as part of a team and be expected to help our clients find the right property for their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provides current and prospective residents with the best possible customer service to retain residents and lease properties.
• Greeting current and potential customers in-person and via phone to assist them in finding a suitable property.
• Advertising available properties and posting online.
• Screening prospective residents to ensure they meet eligibility requirements.
• Informing prospective residents of application status and decisions.
• Overseeing successful move-ins.
• Maintaining and storing documentation effectively.
• Performing administrative tasks associated with property management
• Accepting rent payments, security deposits, and other applicable fees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
