Job Title: Project Manager - 100% Commission-Based

Position Overview: As a Project Manager at Elite Restoration Pro, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's success. We are seeking passionate, self-motivated individuals who thrive in a competitive environment and are adept at utilizing both traditional and modern sales tactics. In this role, you will engage in door-to-door sales to pursue residential restoration roofing opportunities in storm-damaged neighborhoods.

Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive instruction program in the first 6 weeks
• Actively pursue residential restoration roofing sales in designated territories
• Close sales effectively and efficiently
• Collaborate with a mentor for ongoing support
• Manage homeowner expectations throughout the construction process
• Develop innovative lead pipelines and follow up with clients promptly
• Maintain a flexible 40-hour work schedule, including weekends and evenings

Compensation:

• Weekly commissions with uncapped earning potential
• Additional weekly onboard pay during the 6-week coaching period
• Estimated earnings range: $40,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
• Uncapped commission structure
• Bonus opportunities

Your Credentials:

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on rooftops
• Goal-driven, accountable, and eager to control your income
