Job Description

Title: Leasing Agent

Department: Office

Reports To: Lead Leasing Agent

Job summary

The employee(s) fulfilling this position will be required and expected to perform all assigned responsibilities with honesty, integrity, and professionalism. This position seeks an independent, personable, and responsible individual; and offers the possibility for more responsibility and growth.

Hours / Pay:

This position can be part-time or full-time

Compensation for this position is $14.5-16/hr

Summary of essential job functions

Show properties to prospective renters in Rochester and surrounding areas

Property visits for inspections, walk-throughs, and postings

Report Feedback to property owners

Light office work during slow leasing times

Minimum requirements

Valid drivers license A leasing vehicle is provided by Matik Management

Educational requirement of at least a High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to Communicate Effectively

Ability to Prioritize and Organize

Other Requirements

Perform assigned tasks according to proper policies & procedures

Report any problems to management

Time Management and organizational skills

Documentation taking detailed notes during training sessions to maintain accurate & consistent procedures
