Crystal River Spas and Soak Hot Tubs & Endless Pools is looking for a motivated individual to join our team! This ideal candidate will be the leader of the showroom with strong communication skills, excitement to continuously learn about the industry, all while focusing on maintaining the showroom and assisting the sales team.

Job duties: Include, but are not limited to:

• Opening and closing showroom, cash register
• Greet customers in the showroom and on the phone and assist or direct accordingly
• Inventory
• Stocking
• Supply ordering
• Front counter sales and management
• Hot tub walk in and over the phone sales
• Water chemistry and chemical advice. Support with Alex and TDS water tester
• Ability to cover the Basalt location if needed.
• Assisting other departments as needed
• Support service staff
• Light laundry duties
• Small Product Shipping & Handling
• Maintaining a clean and well organized showroom

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials as needed for office operations (up to 35 lbs)
• Eagerness to learn
• Self Starter, strong motivational skills
• Sales Experience (preferred, not required)
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Works well with others, but also able to work alone.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
