Sales Trainee

Pay based on experience. Training pay is $15 per hour only for the first 30 days. Job comes with company car after three months. After the first 30 days pay would be based on performance. This job comes with a good potential for advancement. You would receive medical, dental and vision insurance after one month.

Responsibilities:

• Acquire knowledge about the companys products, services, and sales techniques.
• Support senior sales representatives in lead generation, prospecting, and quoting.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Foster and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review.

Skills:

• Robust sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to uncover new business opportunities through effective business development strategies.
• Proficiency in sales and the ability to effectively sell products.
• Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships.
• Proven ability to work in an outside sales environment, including cold calling and networking.

Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is necessary for this position.
