Sustainable Management, Inc. is currently seeking a motivated, detail orientated individual to fill the Community Manager position at three of our affordable housing communities located in the Louisiana area

The position is full-time (up to 40 hours per week). Staff will be required to be on-call nights and weekends for emergencies only.

Qualified applicants should be self-starters with great people and time-management skills. Applicants will need to maintain property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, enforcing leases. Experience in tax credit housing (LIHTC) management is required. Experience with Yardi management software is a plus.

Applicants must have a clear criminal background to qualify for employment. A clean driving record and your own transportation is required.

Compensation will be based on relevant experience.
