Job Overview:

As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. Duties:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment

Skills:
- Previous experience in technology sales or retail sales is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone
- Basic understanding of retail math for accurate pricing and calculations
- Knowledge of electronics sales is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers
