Full description of the position

• Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts
• Answer phone calls and follow up
• Assist the call center with day-to-day operations
• Keep in contact with your clients in regards to sales.
• Assure the clients needs are met throughout the sales process.
• Monitor the sales progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Create and maintain comprehensive sales documentation, plans and reports.
• Comply with Garcia's policies, procedures and the employee handbook.

• Ability to analyze data and accurately process numerical data.

• Work Schedule: (Full time)* Monday - Friday
• 7 AM to 5 PM
• After hours and weekends depending on the workload.
