You will receive the support of our unique Office of the Future. Unlike most real estate agents, who work all by themselves, Watters International Realty is a team of specialists who each have a specific role to play in the process of buying or selling a home. Our Administrative staff handles the paperwork and details which will free you to focus on the prequalified leads that we will supply. We pay for the advertising, the support staff, and the latest technology and our full time coaching is FREE! Ongoing training is provided from your first day to your 100th closing and beyond.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

You are bright, ambitious, and hard-working.

You are serious about a full-time career, and have the commitment and self discipline to benefit from this unique opportunity.

You currently hold your Texas Real Estate License, and experience in the following is a plus:

  • Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  • Determine clients needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, deeds, closing statements, et cetera)
  • Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
  • Establish, develop, and maintain networking and referral relationships
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong, sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Outgoing, pleasant, and trustworthy

  • Telephone Screening/In-person Interview: You'll start by having a telephone screening or an in-person interview with our recruiting team (dependent on location), which may include one or more recruiters.
  • Select Interview: Following the initial screening, you'll proceed to a select interview with the Buyer Agent Team Lead, who will delve deeper into your qualifications and assess your fit for the role.
  • Optional Interview with Market Leader: Depending on the circumstances and your progress in the process, there may be an optional interview with our Market Leader. This interview is an opportunity to gain insights into our company's leadership and vision.
  • Optional Culture Fit Interview: For a more comprehensive evaluation of your cultural alignment with our team, you may have an optional culture fit interview with Buyer Agent Representatives. These representatives have been selected by our Market Leader and Buyer Agent Team Lead.
