Sales Estimator
Jessup, MD

A large specialty Contractor in Jessup, MD is actively searching for a Sales Estimator to join their growing team. The company works with the largest GC's in the VA, MD and DC area. The company self performs all of their work across their residential, commercial, and federally contracted projects.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and possess at least 2-3 years of experience estimating within the commercial construction industry. Candidates should have excellent communication and organizational skills, and a strong interest in growing relationships with existing and prospective clients. Typical duties will include reviewing and interpreting plans and specifications, meeting with clients to de-scope the project and project schedule, and prepare comprehensive cost estimates and written proposals.

This position offers a very competitive compensation package, including a monthly vehicle allowance and bonuses based on sales performance.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
