What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of Two Years Call Center Experience: Your background in customer service, retention, collections, or sales equips you with the skills needed to excel in this role.
• Minimum of 2 Years Collections Experience: One of the main responsibilities of an Account Manager requires you to contact customers by phone, email, and mail to resolve an overdue bill and/or collect payments.
• Positive Customer Experiences: Initiate and maintain positive relationships with our valued customers. Respond to inquiries about apnTech products and services, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Attention to Detail: Your keen eye for detail and commitment to quality ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with SEO, Listings optimization, Yext, and Advicelocal is a plus, showcasing your expertise in the digital marketing landscape.
