Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive sales Required
• Proven track record of high performance and achieving sales goals
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
• Exceptional customer service orientation
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment
• Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales software

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $64,480 - $121,200 , which includes commissions on Individual Payable Gross and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
