Responsibilities Include (but not limited to)

-Establish a positive relationship with customers and coworkers

-Work in unique online platforms that communicates with vendors and customers

-Processing returns and invoices

-Able to multi task by answering a high volume of emails and phone calls

-Be extremely organized and detailed oriented

-Excellent email etiquette and phone communication

Experience & Qualifications

-Have experience with customer service

-Have experience with Gmail & Microsoft Excel (not mandatory)

-Have experience with Facebook Marketplace

-Have experience with Shopify (not mandatory)

-Motivated to train and learn

-Ability to thrive and have fun in a busy environment
