Looking for an approachable and professional person to fill the position of a Full-Time Leasing Agent for our apartment community in Lincoln, NE. The ideal applicant should possess 1 year of Tax Credit leasing experience and the following attributes:

Experience in sales and customer service

Good customer service skills and the ability to work well with others

Excellent oral and written communication skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficiency with PC systems and Microsoft Office software

Ability to display professional behavior and dress as required

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
