Rental Sales Agent
If you are committed to providing great customer service. Like to build relationships, listen and help customers without having to sit at a desk all day you'd be a great candidate to join the
Routes team! The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by going the extra mile to deliver friendly service in a professional and timely manner. This position reports directly to the Branch Manager and involves successfully identifying customers needs and recommending products and services that best suit them.

Job Duties & Responsibilities (about 4-6 bullets)

Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner and exceed their expectations every time.

Open and close rental agreements.
Achieve monthly sales targets by recommending and explaining benefits of additional company services.
Answer phones and confirm customer reservations.
Complete vehicle inspections.
Work as a team player with fellow staff members to optimize branch productivity.
Work in outdoor weather conditions including direct sunlight, rain, heat or cold

Qualifications

Driver's license and a clean driving record (drivers abstract required)
Computer Literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Able to multitask in a fast paced environment and strong organizational skills
Energetic and sales driven
Excellent communication skills
Passion for customer service
Honest, reliable and punctual

Salary information: per hour plus monthly commission

Previous experience is required, but we are open to individuals with previous transferable skills such as: client services, customer support, customer service, hospitality, bank tellers, retail, cashiers
