What We Are Looking For:

Great opportunity to become the Inside Sales Representative for a growing franchising company that provides commercial cleaning, janitorial and preventive disinfection services.

Your Responsibilities:

• Contact prospective clients to establish rapport and schedule outside sales meetings utilizing phone calls, emails, hand-written notes and direct marketing mailings
• Qualify leads for Outside Sales Representative by vetting the prospect need and desire for a commercial cleaning proposal
• Make between 50-70 calls a day and schedule up to 15 outside sales appointments a month
• Manage lead flow for outside sales
• Assist with innovative marketing initiatives
• Work closely with Outside Sales and Brand Services representatives to concentrate efforts in targeted areas
• Research vertical markets that have been successful and target with marketing to find new opportunities
• Participate in and attend scheduled team meetings and one-on-one meetings with the outside sales representative.
• Contribute to sales revenue goals and objectives for new account sales
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by management

Qualifications We Require:

• 3-5 years of experience with inside sales, researching and identifying high quality leads
• Experience with creating and managing phone, email and mail marketing campaigns
• Experience making multiple calls a day to targeted leads.
• Highly adept navigating software systems
