Green Garden Products, a subsidiary of Central Garden & Pet, the number one supplier of top-quality flower seeds and non-GMO vegetable seeds for the gardening industry, is now seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative onsite at the Norton, MA facility. This is a non-exempt, full-time position. Our Inside Sales and Customer Service Reps spend each day selling the largest brand names in gardening to retailers all over the country. What you'll do:

Inside sales and Customer Service Reps here at Green Garden are never bored! Every day holds something new to do. Depending on the time of year, you might find yourself:

• Helping a customer place their order
• Demonstrating to a prospective retail partner why we are the right company for their garden seed program
• Calling a hardware store that received their order to make sure they are fully satisfied
• Reshipping a seed display because the first one got run over by a forklift (it happens!)
• Talking to a gardener who needed help using one of our quality products
• Meeting with the team to celebrate successes and plan for another great day
• No experience required!

As a seasonal business, the projects and assignments change with the time of year, so you will have a lot of variety in your day to day. Selling should be fun, so we encourage your unique style and personality to shine through. Our office environment is comfortable, and we have a casual dress code. You will spend most of your day talking with people on the phone, and the folks in this industry are great to work with! A love of gardening is a plus, not a must. Once you work here, you'll probably get bit by the gardening bug anyway!
