Full description of the position

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and qualify potential clients in various industries, including manufacturing, construction, healthcare, and logistics.
• Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to generate leads through phone calls, emails, and other channels.
• Schedule and conduct introductory meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and showcase how our occupational medicine services can benefit their workforce.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services, highlighting how they improve employee health, safety, and compliance.
• Partner with Account Executives to qualify leads, provide accurate lead distribution, and collaborate on closing deals.
• Contribute to the development of sales collateral and marketing materials tailored to the occupational medicine industry.
• Maintain and update CRM system with accurate client information and activity logs.
• Analyze and report on sales activities and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
• Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business development or a related sales role.
• Strong understanding of the occupational medicine industry and its key players.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Proven ability to prospect, qualify leads, and convert them into qualified opportunities.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
