National Service Bureau (NSB) is a subrogation and commercial debt recovery agency that was established in 1986 as a family business but has since grown organically into a nationwide industry leader. NSB provides a variety of services to support our clients revenue cycle management needs and resolve delinquent accounts. NSB specializes in turning our clients receivables into revenue.
The Sales Executive is responsible for working closely with our Business Development Director to learn about our industry and the nuances of our business, while focusing on lead generation and account management. The right candidate has a natural affinity for sales and will utilize this position as a steppingstone for growth within NSB.

Job Responsibilities:
CULTURE

CLIENT MANAGEMENT
- Develops leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Utilizes strong qualifying skills to nurture appropriate leads.
- Understands the sales cycle, buying signals, how to build value and close deals.
- Has experience and a strong understanding of the RFP/RFI process.
- Acquires house accounts and is responsible for relationship building, account management and issue resolution.
- Builds and maintains positive client relationships.
- Understands Revenue Recovery marketplace and competitor differentiators.
KPIs
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding personal KPIs
- Fully understands all aspects of KPI reports.
- Tracks, analyzes, and provides weekly KPI reports to management.
MARKETING
- Collaborates with management to identify trade show and/or sponsorship opportunities that align with assigned industry vertical.
- If attending a show, proactively contacts show attendees, promotes, and attends industry events, and actively pursues leads post-show as needed.
SOFTWARE
- Utilizes HubSpot CRM to track leads.
- Consistently uses Microsoft Office and Teams to verbally and/or virtually connect with prospects, clients, and coworkers.
GENERAL
- Has full understanding and knowledge of all company policies and procedures.
- Asks constructive questions and proactively seeks to improve processes to avoid potential pitfalls.
- Bridges communication between client and operations team.
Qualifications/Skills
- Curious, competitive, and a continuous learner.
- Organization, time management and problem-solving skills are a must.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
- An independent self-starter who can also work as part of a team.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales (HubSpot preferred).
- Strong analytical skills to identify industry trends and sales patterns.
- Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy.
- A solid understanding of the current Revenue Recovery marketplace is preferred.
- 10% - 20% travel may be required.
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience successfully working in sales roles.
- A proven pattern of meeting or exceeding sales goals and taking on additional duties and responsibilities.
- Experience selling to business owners and C level Executives.

Pay:
- Salary: $45k - $60k depending on experience
- Uncapped commission and monthly bonus opportunities
