Responsibilities and Duties

• Generate, manage and maintain reports designed to provide analytical support to agents
• Quote and bind insurance policies
• Issue Certificates of Insurance
• Make policy changes
• File claims
• Take payments
• Maintain confidentiality

Qualifications and Skills Virginia Property & Casualty license

• Virginia Life & Health license
• P&C insurance agency or claims experience
• High school diploma
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, email and internet
• Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Spanish speaking is a plus

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
